What if I'm not sure about a location?
I always suggest looking at inspiration pictures, creating a pinterest board, or looking at my prior work to get location ideas. I have a running list of locations that may be right up your alley - so when in doubt, you can always hand me the reigns! As long as it is public, we have permission to shoot there (or you are willing to pay a fee to shoot there), I'm game!
- P.S. Sometimes the best locations are meaningful to you - or hold special memories!
Can you adjust your editing style to look like another photographers work?
No, I cannot. I have worked very hard to capture the style that best suits my business. If you like another photographers work - to avoid disappointment in your investment, i would highly suggest booking with them! there are no hard feelings when it comes to liking what yOu like!
If you would like any pictures from your session re-edited, or adjusted (IE - you want a black and white image in color, or you would like an image that may look too dark to be lightened, you are given 7 days after the delivery of your gallery to let me know!
How many images will I receive with my package?
I used to be the photographer that would have a cut-off on image count, but I am a chronic over doer, and I have a hard to staying true to my own image count! For shorter sessions (30 minutes) it is usually between 40-65 images, while longer sessions (hour to hour and a half) usually receive 70 -115 images. I always say - if it is a usable image, i like to edit and send it your way. That way - you don't miss out on any special minute moments or pictures.
I do not do A-la-carte photography, so anything that is usable, i send to you. there is no way to purchase more images, because you will already have them all!
What happens if it rains or there is projected bad weather on the day of our session?
I am glued to the weather app on my phone - always. If there is bad weather projected for the day of your session, I will reach out prior to come up with a plan for us! whether it is waiting it out or rescheduling! At the end of the day, i have to protect my (very expensive) equipment. I can do a little bit of rain, but i can't do down-pour!
If you are unable to reschedule to a later date besides the date you originally chose (you are on vacation, only staying for the weekend, all people in your party aren't available for another date) please let me know prior to booking that it is on the only day that works for you!
When will I receive my picture back?
Sneak peeks are delivered to you within 24 to 48 hours, this includes 10 to 15 edited images. The turn around time for your final gallery can range between 2 to 3 weeks! I will communicate with you when your gallery has been sent to your email!
